Ozon’s three fulfilment models look similar in the seller cabinet but the fee stack is different. This guide walks through the same SKU under each model using the rates in force in late October 2026.
Price bands on FBO/FBS
Most product types pay 17% at ≤100 ₽, 23% at 101–300 ₽ and a category rate above 300 ₽. The calculator’s default, Косметика для ухода, is 52% above 300 ₽. realFBS ignores the low-price bands and uses that single rate.

realFBS looks cheapest on fees only because you still pay your own delivery — add that under “shipping you pay” in the calculator before you compare.
